Morclean wins two awards at illustrious Green Apple Awards

About the Green Apple Awards

We were proud to travel down to the Houses of Parliament on Friday 11th November to receive our two awards at the Green Apple Awards.

The Green Apple Awards is the national campaign to find Britain’s greenest companies, councils and communities .At the Houses of Parliament companies far and wide were presented with their awards and certificates at a glittering presentation ceremony which took part by the beautiful panoramic view of the River Thames.

The latest awards in our collection

We had two products up for an honour this year including the popular Wash pad vehicle wash system and the LoFow pressure cleaning system. Both of the systems left the award ceremony with an accolade and received a silver award each- a great achievement.

We’re so proud to have received these awards and be recognised as a company that promotes environmental best practice. Taking part in the Green Apple awards shows that we’re committed as a company to using products that contribute to a healthier environment and that we pro-actively work towards a more sustainable future.

The Green Apple Awards are sponsored by the Environment Agency, The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, The Chartered Institution for Wastes Management and other independent bodies.

The awards are organised by The Green Organisation, an independent, non-political, non-activist, non-profit environment group dedicated to recognising, rewarding and promoting environmental best practice around the world.

The machines that have received recognition include the LoFlow medium pressure cleaner which is an all-electric, fume-free and water saving machine.  The Wash pad system is an innovative system which collects the effluent generated from washing vehicles and helps dispose of it down the correct drain, avoiding malpractice and pollution in the water system.
