In our continued efforts to help support local businesses and individuals, Morclean are proudly supporting local lass Susan Glover in her attempt to raise money for Childreach International. With a grand fundraising target of £3000, Susan will be attempting to raise the donations by taking on the highest freestanding mountain in the world- Mount Kilimanjaro! In Summer 2017 she will embark on her crazy adventure to raise money for Childreach International, an inspiring children's charity who work to restore children's rights. Their vision is something close to Susan's heart and is something that is fundamental to her current studies. As part of Susan's trip she will be visiting one of the 8 projects in Tanzania, which lead the way for deaf rights, school farming and in-school hygiene. The School Farming project is about a child's right to food. Rather than giving food and feeding programmes to schools, Childreach empower the community to grow ma

Vehicle wash pads go to large car transportation hub in the South West

Image
Two vehicle wash pads are due to go to a large global transporting company based in the South West of England.   The wash mat is a surface mounted system which means the operator can avoid excavation or the need to have any items installed below ground. This is ideal for leasehold or sensitive sites such as a multi storey car park where ground works are not practical. The Morclean permanent wash pad is made from a mixture of rigid fibreglass panels and welded plastics. The wash mat is therefore is a sealed bund that will replace traditional concrete wash pads. The wash pad avoids excavation and civil works, and there are virtually zero builders works, disturbance to the ground. Our team can generally install a wash pad within hours with minimal fuss or inconvenience.

USA BinWash machine undergoes further development

As with any product we develop here at Morclean, producing purpose-built and high quality equipment takes it's time and isn't done in a hurry. We put a tremendous amount of effort into research and development to make sure products we make are innovative. The model that is taking our main focus at the moment is the purpose-built bin wash we are building for the US market, which dominates our existing range both in structure and size. With trash cans being bigger and heavier in the USA, a machine that offers higher spec is a necessity and we’ve been working diligently to create a machine suitable for the US market. The outcome of this is the production of the TR200 Trash Can Cleaning Machine. A couple of weeks ago we posted about the initial frame that had been developed to give you an idea of how big the model was going to be. At over 15ft long, this is definitely our most ambitious bin wash model yet! The latest development shows the frame building upwards with a more d
